| Payment: We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Unfortunately we do not allow COD orders. | |
| Refused Shipments : All refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS! | |
| Return Policy: Items can be returned within 15 days with our authorization. No returns on electrical. All returns require authorization from Seacoast Services, Inc. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any unauthorized return will be subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge. Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded. Returns on damaged shipments require carrier (UPS, Parcel Post, RPS, Fedex, Truck Company, etc..) notification before calling customer service for return authorization. All returns must be made within 15 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you insure ALL returns/exchanges. All products are warranted by the manufacturer. | |
| Order Processing: All orders are usually shipped out in 1-3 business days. Most are same day, however sometimes we are temporarily out of stock and it may take a day or two longer. In the event that an item you purchased is going to be out of stock for longer then 3 business days you will be notified via e-mail or phone. | |
